Baltimore

--Our readers are aware that one Col. Henly has, as Provost Marshal, by order of Gen. N. P. Banks, (a Massachusetts lawyer,) superseded the police of Baltimore.--Among his first acts was to seize upon the old City Hall as his headquarters, and place a twelve-pound cannon in the main hall of the building. The Federal troops have renewed their search for arms in the private houses of citizens.
