What does it Mean?

--We find the following in the Little Rock State Journal, of the 26th:

Conspiracy.--We hear of a secret organization which has been formed in Searcy and Van Buren counties, of this State, and the ramifications of which may extend to other counties. The names of many individual participants are known, and, thanks to Col. Jerome R. Lewis, of Van Buren county, who has acted in a prompt and decided manner, quite a number of the conspirators have been apprehended and are now confined. They will be sent to this city for investigation.--The constitution of the society is known, as well as all their secret signs of recognition. At another time the public shall have the benefit of the whole.
