Suit against the Governor of Georgia.

--The Macon (Ga.) Telegraph says the house of Harris & Ross, of that city, has commenced suit against Gov. Brown for damage on account of their salt, which the Governor has seized. He requires them to sell the salt at $550 per sack, and offers to return it to them if they will take an oath not to sell it above that price. They say it cost them considerably over that amount, and have sued him for damage.
