The editor of the Lynchburg Republican, communicates to his paper the list of killed and wounded in Floyd's brigade, which we copy for the information of their friends, although to some extent it is a repetition of the facts furnished by our correspondents:

Fifty-Sixth Virginia Regiment-- Capt. Davis Commanding.

Company A--Killed — None, Wounded — Private J B Elloxen, Z Daniel, John R Brooks, D D Doggett, and Charles Throckmorton.

Company B--Killed — Privates Charles W Jones, Madison L Rainey, and M A Bacy. Wounded--Private Thomas J Burton.

Company C--Killed — None. Wounded--Privates Nathan Branham, N Kumphreys, Benjamin J Hall, James P Keeton, William Leaks, Edward Poindexter, and A L Trice.

Company D--Killed — None. Wounded--Lieut. J. P. Ferguson; Thomas E. Ferguson, L. Tindall Roberts,--Burton, and J. M. Doling.

Company G--Killed — Thomas M Cole and James. W Jeffress. Wounded--Lieut. E L Haskin, and privates Thomas Collins, G J W Roberts, and W D, Dickerson.

Company H--Killed--Private Ben McAllister. Wounded — Private M Steuart.

Company I.--Killed — Private D R Thomas. Wounded — Privates W J Morrison, A P Steel, and J Harvey.

Company K.--Killed — Capt D C Harrison. Wounded--Private John T Tucker.

Company D.--Killed — Private J C Halney, Wounded — Privates F G Brewer, Hugh Hash, E S Hash, and John Young.

Company E.--Killed — Private E Crigger.--Wounded--Privates James Suit, mortally; J Kinser, mortally; Sergeant T Price, Corporal N Perkins, R Puckett, M Mahony, W Patterson and J Slagle.

Company F.--Killed — None. Wounded — Private R Burroughs.

Company G.--Killed — None. Wounded — Privates T Paris and R L Old.

Company H.--Killed — None. Wounded — Lieutenant W Painter and privates E Keesling, mortally; Gus Johnston, D Smart, J Indman, Wash Anderson, and D J Ward.

Company I.--Killed — Privates R B Bickley and H H Dale, Wounded — Captain A F Wolfe, slightly, Lieutenant Henderson, and privates G Akers, W D Stidham, and H R Edwards.

Company K--Killed--Privates A. Crabtree and John Bogle. Wounded — Privates S H Newberry and A F Harman.

Total--Killed 9; wounded 44.

The above regiment numbered only 250 men. It was in the brigade so gallantly commanded by Col. G C Wharton, of Gauley fame.

Company C.--Killed — Corp'l Lewis Clark, and privates Lee Harless, James Harriss, and John Gunoe. Wounded--Privates David Dingus, Wm Richards, Joshua Wall, and McMeely.

Company D.--Killed — Serg't Lewis Cook, and private W C Sigga. Wounded-- 1st Sergeant Julian Ballard, and privates Johnston Runelds, Floyd Nelson, Johnson Jordan, Joe Ferrill, William Farley, and Van Holston.

Company E.--Killed — None. Wounded — Serg't Eldidge Henderson, and privates Wm Rodgers, Jas R Davis, David Collins, John Crawford, Wm. M Millin, Floyd M Millin, and Wilten Thompson.

Company F.--Killed--Private Abe Young Wounded--Privates Charles Crawford, G W.

Butcher, Tom Cibbins, Patrick. Duffy, and Musker Bowler.

Company G.--Killed-- First Sergeant Wm H Watson and Sergeant Ezra Sayre. Wounded--Second Lieutenant John S McGuire, Sergeant John M Bent, Corporal Lemuel Davie, and privates Nathen J Slavens, Wm P Thomson, James P Duvall, James Ashley, and Hiram Monroe.

Company H.--Killed — None. Wounded--Privates Alex Murfee, and John T Litton,

Total--Killed 12; wounded 44

Fiftieth Virginia Regiment--Captain Snead, Commanding.

This regiment lost III killed and wounded. Their names are not reported.
