The evacuation of Berkeley.

Our latest advices represent that the last of the Grand Army of the Potomac embarked on Friday night, and steamed down the river before daylight. Whither it has gone, or where it will be heard from next, it is impossible to say, but think it more than probable that they have gone to act in conjunction with Burnside and Pope on the Rappahannock. In their evacuation they left a large quantity of stores and many valuable articles behind them. Seven gunboats are now plying up and down the river, as if in pursuit of masked batteries and Confederate artillery.
