The capture of the U. S. Steamer Columbia.

--The following are some further particulars of the capture of the U. S. steamer Columbia near Wilmington:

‘ Fort Fisher, Jan. 17th, 1863. --The U. S. steamer Columbia. seven Commander they, grounded off Sound night last. On Thursday the commanding officer of Fort Fisher one and and a detachment of cavalry and infantry to capture . On Friday at 7 o'clock, A. M., two shots were fired when the steamer hoisted a white flag. About have been taken. After the surrender several blockaders came up but were promptly off. But one boat was left on the ship, and owing to the delay caused by firing of the shore battery which will not perceive or the white flag all the were not landed till to-day with some valuable stores.

The "" in a iron steamer, to run the blockade, and was captured by the " Tussore " on her first to Charleston. This is her first cruise as a war steamer.
