Affairs on the border.

From all the information we could derive yesterday affairs have undergone little change on the border. The apprehensions that so early advance was about to be made by the enemy on the Rappahannock seem to have subsided, and it is now thought no movement is contemplated for the present.

Our advices from the Valley indicate no change in matters in that section.
