Gen. Wise's command.

A letter from Williamsburg dated the 20th, says that Gen. Wise still holds that city. The writer says that the Yankees are very allotted in their allowance of food to the inmates of the insane Asylum. Two of the Southern ladies who were in the institution, and were dismissed by them, have been allowed to resume their positions, and, upon the whole, the Yankees seem anxious that the place should again be under the charge of the State.--Negotiations are now pending between Gen. W. and the Yankee commander concerning the Asylum, and orders have been issued to the pickets on both sides not to fire on each other.
