Resisting the draft in Indiana.

The intelligence published in another column with regard to the resistance offered to the draft at Bloomington in Indiana, is of immense importance. Old Pemberton and his brave boys have done that for them. Had Vicksburg been taken we should never have heard of a row at Bloomington. The Enquirer said the other day that our armies were the best peace-makers in the world. We begin to believe the Enquirer is right.
