From Gen. Lee's Army.

There was nothing new from the army of Gen. Lee brought down by passengers on the Central train last night. The enemy seems to be making preparations for an advance on the line of the upper Rappahannock, but his movements are doubtless retarded by the oppressive weather of the past week.

Passengers from Fredericksburg represent that the enemy in some force are in Stafford county, about five miles from Fredericksburg; but of their movements very little seems to be known.
