Trespassing.

--A young man, who gave his name as Robert Clark, was before the Mayor yesterday on complaint of Mr. Betts, one of the proprietors of the Spotswood Hotel, who charged him with trespassing on that establishment, threatening to spit in his face, and with endeavoring to create a disturbance.--Clark denied the accusations, but having no witnesses to prove his innocence, was held to bail to keep the peace in the sum of $400.
