Receiving stolen Goods.

--Edward Myer, the keeper of a shoe-shop at the corner of 8th and Cary streets, was before the Mayor yesterday on charge of receiving a pair of boots from Frank, a slave, knowing the same to have been stolen. Dr. Sherrard procured a search warrant, and found his boots in the prisoner's house. Myer was sent on to the next grand jury to answer an indictment for petty larceny.
