Stealing table ware.

--Mary Sullivan alias Mary Alice, whose arrest for stealing from P. M. Tabb several articles of table ware and some clothing we have already noticed, was before His Honor yesterday morning for examination. According to the evidence of a man named Levy, who testified positively as to the identity of the party who brought the articles alleged to have been stolen to him for sale, there seemed to be no doubt of her guilt, and she was remanded for trial before the Hustings Court on the second Monday in February.
