No more wooden tenements.

--The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the city of Jackson, Miss., have passed an ordinance prohibiting the erection of wooden tenements on any of the squares destroyed by the enemy. Buildings hereafter to be erected must be of stone, brick, or iron.
