Flag of truce.

A Yankee truce steamer arrived at Varina a day or two since, and was communicated with yesterday by the officers of the Exchange Bureau. She brought the following passengers from Old Point: Capt. Robert W. Baylor, of the 12th Virginia cavalry; Capt. James L. Goker, of the 6th regiment S. C. volunteers, (wounded in Tennessee,) and his mother; Sergeant Samuel J. Nettles, company E., same regiment; Mrs. Dr. Webb and two children, from Kentucky; Miss. Gunby, of Maryland, sent through the Federal lines after a term of imprisonment for "disloyalty" to the Yankee Government; Mrs. Lee, daughter of Hill Carter, of Shirley; George S. Ayer, a citizen of Loudoun county, who has been a prisoner for eight months. Some of these passengers reached the city yesterday.
