Re-organized.

--In accordance with a formal notice from Governor Smith, the members of the "Printers' Guard" assembled at 10 o'clock on Saturday morning in the State Court-house for the purpose of re-organizing their company. After a short delay, Captain William English, of the Fourth Virginia cavalry, appeared, empowered to superintend the election, when the following officers were chosen: Captain, Richard F. Walker, of the Examiner; First Lieutenant, John Pizzini; Second Lieutenant, William H. Wade; First Sergeant, Louis P. Samanni; Second Sergeant, Daniel Wrenn.
