Murder of two citizens by the Yankees.

--We have to record another instance of savage brutality by the enemy. The facts are related by a correspondent of the Lynchburg Republican, who writes from Hardy county, Virginia:

‘ "A few days since, Mr. Isaac Pratt and Mr. Seymour Baldwin went to the camp of Captain Kelley, near Shell's gap, in that county, to get some horses that had been stolen from them, and which they supposed had been taken to that camp. They were told that only thirty minutes would be allowed them to 'take themselves off home,' or he would have them shot. Accordingly, they started home, but had gone but a short distance till they were overtaken by a squad of men and taken back to camp. They were then informed that they would have to go to New creek for their horses, and would be allowed but a few minutes to get ready. They started, and had not gone far before they were shot dead. They were found lying side by side on Sunday last."
