Sons of Temperance.

--A meeting of the Grand Division of Sons of Temperance of the State of Virginia will assemble in this city on Wednesday, the 17th of January, at half- past 6 o'clock P. M., at the hall of Fitzhugh Lodge, on Broad street, between Sixth and Seventh. The object of the meeting is to organize the Order under the auspices of the National Division. In connection with this matter, we may state that a committee of one from each division in the city has been appointed to prepare and address to the Sons of Temperance throughout the State. This has been done, and the address will be placed before the public through the medium of the press in a few days. The committee is composed as follows: Dr. Peterfield Trent from Shockoe Hill Division, R. H. Mullen from Springfield Division, and J. E. Gates from Hutchinson Division.
