Additional from the North. Mobile, Dec. 22. --Louisville papers, of the 19th contain the enemy's official report of the battle of Fredericksburg. Their loss was estimated at 13,055. Advices from Washington, of the 18th, state that the Lincoln Congress has passed the Army Bill, appropriating $721,000,000 for military purposes. A report was in circulation that McClellan had been summoned to Washington, and was in consultation with Lincoln and his Cabinet. It was supposed he would be reinstated in command.
The enemy's Works at Nashville. Mobile, Dec. 22. --The Advertiser and Register has a dispatch dated Murfreesboro', 20th, which says: "Parties from Nashville, yesterday, report that the enemy are extending and strengthening their fortifications at Nashville."
