Confederate Congress. Senate. Monday, November 7, 1864. The Senate met at 12 o'clock M., and was called to order by Mr. Hunter, of Virginia, President protem. The proceedings were opened with prayer by the Rev. T. V. Moore, of the Presbyterian church. On the call of the roll, the following Senators answered to their names: Messrs. Robert W.
