Planters' Convention of the South--the President's Circular.
Our readers have already been made aware of the fact that the third annual session of the "Planters' Convention of the South" was to have assembled in the city of Memphis, Tenn., on the 18th of December, and that circumstances made it advisable to postpone the meeting until the 3d Monday in February. Our purpose now is to call the attention of the Executive of the State to the importance of appointing a delegation to represent Virginia in the Convention, which, it is believed, will be one of the most interesting assemblages ever held in the South.
