A few rebels, who had been at Mercersburg previously, returned a day or so since and robbed the people there of watches, money, hats, boots, shoes, etc. They took hats off of citizens' heads. Bloody Run, July 2.--2.39.--A messenger from Chambersburg, who has just reached London, reports Lee's headquarters as being one mile from Chambersburg last night. He also states that he was informed by those who professed to know, that Jeff.
