Police Court, July 30th --Before Alderman Sanxay.--John S. Kelley, charged with stabbing James Vaughn; case continued to August 5th. Geo. Salhouse, suspicious character; case continued. Rice B. Heislop, sending ardent spirits without a license; case dismissed. Jno. O'Neal, keeping his restaurant open after hours 28th July; case continued; do. as to charge of permitting an unlawful assembly.
