Benefit of W. H. Bailey.
--Since the reign of our favorite "old man," Chas. He is always "pulling up." The tragedian gives way to a star of his sex and the leading lady to a star of her sex; but the "old man" gives way to nobody.
Night after night he appears in the theatrical firmamen ctor and established a right to a full house at any and every benefit he may take, and that is the reason that our old man does not need any good word from us.
The bill put up includes "Nick of the Woods," a thrilling drama; the farce of "Slasher and Crasher," and an act of Richard Ill., in which Bailey appears as Richmond.
