Governor to demand of the Confederate authorities the exemption from service of all who were exempted by the act passed October 1st, 1862, and in addition thereto one Deputy Clerk for each Circuit, County, and Corporation Court; as many Deputy Sheriffs in each county and corporation as there are Commissioners of the Revenue in such county or corporation; the Cashier and Teller, and other officers, of any Bank of circulation and deposit; any bonded officer of any county for the supplying of indigent families of soldiers; the municipal authorities of any city or town having a Circuit, Hustings, and Corporation Court, and such other person as the Governor, in his discretion, may think necessary for the proper administration of the Government.
