From the North. We find in late papers from the United States several matter of interest, which we append: The Federal frigate Vermont. The United States gunboat Arousteek, Lt. John C. Beaumont, commanding, arrived at the Philadelphia navy, yard on Sunday evening, and gives an interesting report of her cruise in search of the United States frigate Vermont. She left Boston on the 3d, and fell in with the Vermont on the morning of the 7th inst., in lat 38,28, long 65.30.
