Fiendish Murder in East Tennessee --Granville Bell, a well know citizen of Rhea county, Tenn., was foully murdered about the last of November, by tory marauders. He had crossed the river, it is supposed, to see his family, when captured by the tories, under the lead of one Col. Cooper. They kept him confined in a well, four or five days, without food, and then took him our and shot him. It seems that the scoundrels were ashamed of the diabolical deed, for the knowledge of his fate has be. Mr. Bell had been employed in the Commissary Department of our Government, and was one of its most useful officers.
