Confederate States district Court--Judge Halyburton presiding. --This Court met at the usual hour yesterday morning; but, there being no cases ready to be acted on, it was only in session a short while. Frederick We Boyd's habeas corpus case was postponed. Boyd was arrested some time since upon the charge of offering to bribe detective Craddock into silence with regard to certain alleged defalcations in the Treasury Department, and claims his trial before a civil instead of a militar States district Court--Judge Halyburton presiding. --This Court met at the usual hour yesterday morning; but, there being no cases ready to be acted on, it was only in session a short while.
