Hustings Court. --Recorder Caskie, and Aldermen Sanxay, Bray, Binford, Timberlake, Clopton, and Anderson, presiding. The following business was disposed of yesterday. The proceeding against James Gunn, for permitting his slave Frank to go at large, was dismissed on motion of the Attorney for the Commonwealth; also, a similar proceeding against Robert P. Southall.
