t the Circuit Court of Cecil county, a few days since, John Bagley, who killed Wm. German, in Hartford county, was convicted of murder in the second degree. Rev. Henry Matthews, pastor of the Elkton Presbyterian Church, has, we understand, resigned his pastoral charge, his resignation to take effect on the 1st of next April.
