ew doors beyond Cary, was robbed of about three thousand dollars worth of bacon and cabbages. It is supposed that the thieves managed to obtain admission to the building before it was closed in the evening, as no locks were broken, and the back door through which the articles seemed to have been taken was found open the next morning. On Wednesday night last, the store house of Samuel B. England, on the corner of 1st and Canal streets, was forcedly entered and robbed of about $2.500 worth of flour, land, &c. There are circumstances connected with this robbery which may lead to the detection of the thieves. Yesterday afternoon officers Moore, and Chalkley arrested Richard, slave of J. L. Carrington; Charles, of William Toro slave of Maj. B. B. Apres; and slave of Mrs. Sarah A. Dabney, charged with robbing Richard Reins's store house of five barrels of flour. The robbery was perpetrated on Wednesday, night, and was done by means of breaking locks and bursting open doors.
