From Montgomery. Montgomery, April 18.
--A meeting of Virginias, Louisanians, Tennesseans, Kentuckians, and citizens of other States, will be held at the Exchange Hotel this evening, to have a general rejoicing over the glorious news from the Border States.
Gen. Cooper, C. A. S., has issued general orders for a salute of eight guns, in addition to the 100 fired at the Capitol this evening.
