--Company "A," First Regiment--held their annual meeting on Tuesday night, for the purpose of electing non-commissioned officers and transacting other business.
The following is a complete list of the present officers of this gallant corps: W. M. Elliott, Captain; Louis J. Bossieux, 1st Lieutenant; J. V. Crawford. 2d Lieutenant; Randolph Harrison.

Richmond Grays.
--It is understood that the members of this well known company have recently held an election at their camp, near Norfolk, and chosen as Captain, J. V. Crawford, First Lieutenant, E. W. Branch, Second Lieutenant, J. E. Tyler; Junior Second Lieutenant, R. A. Mayo. Captain Elliott and Lieutenant B declined a re-election.
The Grays have been in service since the 19th of April, 1861, being amongst the first companies sent to Norfolk about the time of the capture of the Gosport Navy Yard.
