d. Of course Myers, according to his own account, did not know anybody who followed him in the store. He exhibited a pass signed Walker Lucas, aid to General Winder, entitling him to walk the city, which the Mayor said was of no account. A nolle prosequi was entered in the case of Samuel Connors, indicted for misdemeanor. Nathaniel Walters, a free negro charged with grand larceny, was ordered to be discharged
