The Polish brigade — a Correction. Editors Dispatch: --In the "Special Correspondence of the Dispatch," bearing date, "Norfolk, November 2, 1861," which you published in this morning's paper, is reported an "Atrocious Outrage of some of the Polish Brigade." Will you be pleased to inform your readers that this "atrocious outrage" occurred in the Third Louisiana Battalion, formed out of the remnants of a regiment which once, it is true, bore the name of a Polish Regiment, because it was raised by me, a native of Poland; but there is not one Pole in the ranks of that Battalion, amongst either the file or its officers, and the Polish Brigade is no more in existence. Yours, very respectfully, Richmond, Nov. 5, 1861. G. Tochman.
