red and nineteen Yankee prisoners will be sent under flag of truce this morning to City Point. Of this number one hundred and ninety-two are prisoners of war, and one hundred and twenty-seven citizens or civil prisoners. Among the latter are Edwin Dorsey, son of Dr. Dorsey, and John J. Humas, a State Senator from Maryland, captured by Gen. Stuart when he made his raid into Pennsylvania. Included in the list of citizen prisoners are also a number of renegades from Tennessee and Kentucky, some prisoners. Among the latter are Edwin Dorsey, son of Dr. Dorsey, and John J.
