ith the General Court if there be reason. Woburn was discharged in consequence of the above vote by paying the sum of 26 pounds 13 shillings and 4 pence lawful money. Reading paid 14 pounds lawful money and Malden 16 pounds 13 shillings and 4 pence lawful money. Agreements were drawn up between Medford and the three towns above named. They were similar in form; we submit that with Woburn only. Agreement of Medford about ye bridge. Know all men by these Presents, that we Samuel Brooks Esqr. Stephen Hall Esqr. Zachariah Poole Gentleman, Simon Tufts Gentleman, Seth Blogget Gentleman, and Benjamin Parker, Gentleman, being chosen and impowered by the town of Medford to agree with the town of Woburn about Medford Bridge, we being all of the town of Medford in the County of Middlesex and Province of the Massachusetts Bay in New England. Do agree that for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty-six pounds thirteen shillings and four pence of Lawful money paid by the town o
