Confederate States District Court. --In Judge Halyburton's Court yesterday the following business was transacted: Thomas F. Goodall, on an application under a writ of habeas corpus for exemption from military service, was discharged. Goodall holds a contract from the Post-office Department for carrying the mails. William B. Barrett's injunction case against A. P. Woods, Confederate States tax collector for the city of Richmond, was postponed till the 12th of September.
