Prison Items. --The following parties were lodged in the military prison of the Eastern District for deserting from their commands, viz: L. K. Crawford, R. H. Gurley, 2d North Carolina; Wm. Ackins, 53d North Carolina; J. W. Shafer, Baltimore Light Artillery; Nath'l Praden, company J. 1st S. Carolina; E. J. Henry, 6th Virginia; also, Philip Rice, alias J. B. Goodman, as a suspicious character: Jas. Williams for forgery and other serious offences.--Three Yankees were also brought--one (Harry Bertram) a captive, and two deserters, C. Bott and J. Scott, who declined to be exchanged. They belong to the 1st New York Mounted Rifles.
