Bill to incorporate the Home Savings Bank of the city of Richmond, was, on motion of Mr. Robertson, taken up, and being explained, was passed. Mr. Christian called up engrossed bill incorporating the Staunton Savings Bank, which was passed.--The engrossed bill for the relief of John Robinson, a free negro of Rockingham county, was, on motion of Mr. Woolfolk, indefinitely postponed.
