Prison Record. --At the Libby Prison yesterday there were 4,211 prisoners, including 778 officers, 27 surgeons, and 9 chaplains. The prison is getting so full that yesterday afternoon 24 citizen prisoners and 5 Yankee deserters were transferred to Castle Thunder. At Castle Thunder, Hinson Hatch, of the 3d North Carolina regiment, was committed on the charge of being implicated in the murder of Adjutant Mallett, a few days since, near Scottsville, Va. Lafayette Dennis was also sent there charged with raising a company to aid the Yankees in Kentucky.
