--The Leavenworth (K. T.) Times publishes a letter from Linn county, Kansas, giving an account of a new outbreak in that region.
At the date of the letter, one man, named Russell Hinds, after a trial by lynch law, has been hung, and others ordered to leave the Territory immediately.
