Twenty-five Dollars Reward will be paid for the capture and delivery to me of, a negro boy named Oscar, who absconded on the 20th January, 1863, from my house, near Richmond, Oscar is about years old; of dark mulatto color; stoutly framed, and has a very full and bushy head of hair. He is specially marked by having lost the end of one middle finger; that of the left hand, I believe, but am not absolutely certain which.
