Disposed of. --The Mayor yesterday disposed of the case of David W. Hughes, charged with having in his possession fifteen counterfeit percent pieces by sending him on to before the Grand Jury. Richmond Hughes, arrested for being in an unlawful assembly, and gambling with negroes, was also sent on. The parties Were admitted to bail.
