Carried off by the enemy. --We regret to learn, by flag of truce, that Captain Luther Libby, who with his family, were quietly living on his farm, near Fort Harrison, was arrested by the Yankees after they occupied that position, and is now confined at Fort Monne. They also arrested his daughter (Mrs. Captain Hutcheson) and child, and his (Miss Sylyta Labby), who have been carried to Bermain Hundreds, where they have received kind attentions. Captain Labby was in ill health at the time of his red, and it is feared by his friends that confinement may jeopard his life.
