A Mass Meeting in behalf of Army Col. portage will be held in the Grace street Baptist Church (Dr Jeter's) to morrow (Sunday) evening, at half-past 7 o'clock. Addresses may be expected from Hon. Thos. H. Watts, Attorney General of the Confederacy; Hon. D. W. Lewis, member of Congress from Ga.; Hon. J. R. Chambliss, of Va., and several other distinguished members of Congress.--The occasion is likely to be one of great interest.

After the enrollment of delegates the following resolution, offered by Rev A E Dickinson, was unanimously adopted: Resolved, That a committee of five be appointed to consider the property of some plan by which, as a denomination, we may provide for the maintenance and education of the children of soldiers who have died or been disabled during the war. On motion of Rev Dr Jeter, a committee of five was appointed to report suitable resolutions to be adopted by the body in relation to the condition of the country. The annual sermon before the Baptist General Association of Virginia will be preached to-night, at the First Baptist Church, (Dr Burrows's,) by Rev W E Hatcher. After prayer by Rev J B Taylor, D D, the Association adjourned to meet this morning at nine o'cl
