Delivered up. --Patrick Fayhee and Samuel Kelly, two bold soldier boys recently employed on the Covington and Ohio Railroad, who were arrested by the police on Saturday night and caged for getting drunk and behaving disorderly in the street, were yesterday morning released by the Mayor at the request of Lieut. Horner, their commanding officer, who promised that they should be punished when at camp according to the strict letter of military law. A corporal and two privates who were present, marched the delinquents off to durance vile.
