Extensive Swindling. --Mr. Bernard Koch. a merchant of New Orleans, La., purchased during last summer a large amount of "lug" tobacco, each sample having a genuine inspector's sample card upon it. He then destroyed the samples and affixed the sample cards to some samples of fine cigar leaf tobacco. He then sold his tobacco by these samples, realizing from $40 to $50 per hogshead, and decamped.
