"K, " of the 56th regiment Virginia Volunteers, who participated in the protracted fight at Fort Donelson, in February last, I trust you will publish the following it of these who were taken prisoners, but were well and hearty at last accounts.--Sergeants H. C. Earnest, H. T. Tucker and, E. M. Pearce; Corporals Wm. H. Wood and B F. Marshall, privates E. M. Acree, John Adams, D. We Anderson, R. Haskel, Wm. Baley, L. W. Heath, Leo. W. Morgan, Wm. Ingram, A. J. Jenkins, Thos. Jackson, E. W. Kellery, H. P. Kelley,. John S. McGuee, Robt. Richardson, Joseph J. Smythee, Thomas Truman, Thomas J. Truman, Wm. White, P. J. Woods, and William H. Peace. All the balance of the company made their escape and are accounted for.--We deeply regret the loss of our gallant Captain Barrizon who was mortally wounded on the field, and died on the
