Goldsboro' July 27.-- Gov. Vance. The following dispatch just received here, at half past 10 o'clock this morning, from Maj. Venable, at Rocky Mount: Rocky Mount, July 27--Reliable news from Col. Martin, at Hamilton, represents that the Yankees are advancing from both Plymouth and Washington, their destination no doubt being Weldon via Fort Branch.
